At DillPickle Photography, we pride ourselves in looking at things differently, and we want our clients to be able to see their uniqueness as captured through our work. Philosophically, we consider the camera lens as projecting a captivating world while we look at the little things in life rather than the overall picture, and it is within these minute details that we believe our creative work shines brightly.

Jessica (Dilling) Elam
Jessica (Dilling) Elam, the founder and co-owner of DillPickle Photography, studied at Kendall College in Small Business Management. She was the sole operator of DillPickle Photography for three years until Cedric joined the business.
From childhood, Jessica has loved photography. She has undertaken countless opportunities to better understand photography: several formal photography classes | mostly self taught | worked on yearbook for two years | been in four art shows | learned film photography | worked for a few other photographers to gain some skills in owning a business.
In her spare time, Jessica loves to travel to new places and learn new things. She has been to Center, Missouri | Galena, Illinois | New Orleans, Louisiana | Orlando, Florida | Washington D.C., and to 21 other states and 6 countries!

Cedric Elam
DillPickle Photography co-owner Cedric Elam studied at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Business Administration with a specialization in IT Entrepreneurship and Management. His interest in photography stems from the work he did in high school for the yearbook. Here, Cedric learned the basics and subsequently refined his knowledge through experimentation and practice. His photos are unique because of his camera placement angles and perspectives rather than where he places the subject.
In his spare time, Cedric likes to review what's new in the tech field. He is very tech literate and works to keep the company up to date with the latest technology by looking for deals and keeping in mind the opportunity costs associated with them.
